Contract and Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- First point of contact for all contract-relevant business enquiries
- Clarification of all contract-relevant questions before and after conclusion of the contract
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in close cooperation with the management and specialist lawyers
- Implementation of amendments to general terms and conditions
- Coordination with external data protection officer and monitoring of all processes to implement data protection guidelines
- Establishment and further development of a compliance management system
- Identification and assessment of compliance risks and derivation of appropriate measures
- Processing of compliance enquiries
- Conception, planning and implementation of Group-wide preventive measures
- Establishment and further development of information management
- Establishment and further development of a legal register in the area of environmental, occupational safety and quality management
Your profil
- Degree in economics or law or equivalent qualification
- Experience in contract management
- Very confident and competent demeanor in complex negotiations
- Experience in working with cross-functional and global teams as well as a confident demeanour towards decision makers on all hierarchical levels
- Enjoy working with contracts and contract content as well as having a confident demeanour and presentation skills
- Ability to reach compromises with all stakeholders in complex technical and legal matters
- Strong business focus, solution and problem solving orientation with the ability to evaluate contract issues
- Experience in complex client scenarios and strong influencing skills
- Fluency in English and German
