If your profile could fit the position and E-Lyte, we want to get to know you personally. Therefore, we will invite you to a first online meeting.

4. Follow-Up
After we have learned more about each other, both sides reflect on the interview. If we are convinced of you and your abilities, we will invite you to an on-site interview as soon as possible. It will give us the chance to show you our site and and to get in contact with the team.

5. Agreement
You did it, Congratulations! If you and we are convinced, we will make you an offer. Are you satisfied with our offer? Then, let’s move on to the final step – the contract.

Research & Development
Münster
Our research and development is located in Münster, where it all began. In our R&D department we develop high-performance electrolytes for lithium and sodium-ion batteries as well as for super/ultracapacitors. Our team consists of various electrolyte experts and highly qualified analytical and chemical staff. In Münster we not only develop sophisticated electrolyte products for our manufacturing plant but also take part in numerous publicly funded projects as well as basic electrolyte research.
Production
Kaiserslautern
Our state-of-the-art production facility is located in Kaiserslautern. Our electrolyte solutions are produced and shipped here on both a small and large scale. We are a team of chemical technicians and operators who who constantly ensure quality and occupational safety.
Sales & Marketing
Münster, Hybrid, Homeoffice
Our mission in our Sales & Marketing team is to ensure a strong and trusting relationship with our customers, as well as attracting new customers for us.
To achieve this, we constantly develop an understanding of our customer‘s needs, we provide our customers with the best possible support and we are working on various projects to win new customers for E-Lyte. You will find our Sales & Marketing team mainly at our trade fairs and conferences.
Procurement
Münster
Our purchasing team ensures the availability of materials in terms of quality and quantity. This also includes selecting suppliers, negotiating prices as well as contract terms and ensuring a smooth supply chain. In this team we work closely with the Production, Accounting & Controlling and Sales department.
Accounting & Controlling

In our Controlling & Accounting department we monitor our financial activities, carry out accounting transactions, manage our financial resources and develop future trends. Our team is interdisciplinary and works together at different locations.
People & Culture
Münster
In the People & Culture department, we are working to develop the culture and working environment at E-Lyte. We are constantly striving to attract new, suitable people to our team and create opportunities for our solutionmakers to develop.
