At E-Lyte Innovations, we are committed to continuously advancing the quality assurance of electrolyte materials for next-generation batteries. In this context, we are pleased to announce our cooperation with Bruker, a global leader in analytical instrumentation, to evaluate novel magnetic-resonance-based solutions in the field of battery electrolyte and battery cell manufacturing.
As part of the project, Bruker is providing access to its Fourier80 benchtop NMR spectrometer (80 MHz) as well as the Electrolyte Quality Control software package, which is currently under development.
The goal of this collaboration is to test these hardware and software solutions for their suitability in the quality control of electrolytes, with a specific focus on quantifying HF content in materials.
Bruker has developed a beta-method to measure HF by NMR. To validate this approach, measurements will be carried out and compared to selected free acid titrations.
With our strong expertise in electrolyte development and analysis, we are contributing by testing these tools under real conditions using our own innovative electrolytes.
By providing feedback on performance, usability, and integration into the workflow of electrolyte manufacturing, we help to ensure that these solutions meet the specific requirements of the battery industry.
This cooperation highlights our role not only as an innovator in electrolyte technology, but also as a development partner for cutting-edge analytical methods that will define tomorrow’s standards in battery manufacturing.
