NIBlog project meeting at E-Lyte in Münster

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the project meeting of the Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt (BMFTR)-funded project “NIBlog – Sodium-Ion Batteries for Applications in Intralogistics” at E-Lyte Innovations in Münster.

Together with our project partners, Fraunhofer IFAM, Daikin Chemical Europe GmbH, IBU-tec advanced materials AG, UniverCell Holding and Jungheinrich AG we discussed the latest developments. From the scalable production of cathode active materials to the prototype cell.

The goal: To develop a high-performance, sustainable, and cost-effective alternative to lithium-ion technologies, specifically tailored for intralogistics applications.

Many thanks to everyone involved for the open exchange, valuable insights, and dedicated collaboration!

On to the next project phase. We’re looking forward to continuing this exciting journey together!
